High performance, sensitive control and a GPS module for live data transmission to a mobile device - these are the ingredients of our latest vehicle series. The 1:16 scale monster truck also includes many newly developed building blocks that enable greater durability of the drive components: These include metal oil-pressure shock absorbers, metal CVD drive shafts, metal differentials, metal cardan shafts and a ball bearing. All electronics are protected from splash water for unrestricted outdoor use.
The 390 brushed racing motor in conjunction with 2S LiPo power allows speeds of up to 40 km/h. At the touch of a button on the transmitter, the model engages the turbo and sets itself up on the rear wheels. Cool wheelies are real fun. Thanks to the wheelie bar included in the scope of delivery, the vehicle does not land on its back. With the LED lighting, which can also be switched, the great action is possible at any time, even in the dark.
At the same time, the large, soft high-grip rubber tyres ensure full control on any surface. In addition to a dual rate setting for the steering, the transmitter also allows proportional throttle channel throttling. This means that the maximum achievable speed can be limited for beginners if necessary, in order to have more safety during the first driving attempts. The handy remote control transmits all functions without interference and, thanks to the 2.4 GHz system, also allows several models to be operated in parallel.
The monster truck is supplied in an RTR (Ready-to-Run) package, i.e. in addition to the remote control, the battery and a charging cable are already included. After initial charging, you can get started straight away. As a bonus, the set also includes a practical smartphone holder: Simply clamp it to the remote control, dock your mobile phone and all relevant GPS data is always directly in view.
