The RCX10.3 scooter is a high-quality crawler in 1:10 scale without electronics, which is suitable for modelers who want to equip the model according to their own ideas and make it ready to drive. The pre-assembled chassis with aluminum frame allows for the quick installation of all necessary components. In addition to the very soft tires that are already mounted on the rims, the scope of delivery includes, among other things, an unpainted hood for free design as well as many add-on parts including LED lighting and decal sheet. Thanks to 2-speed shifting, portal axles, metal drive shafts and lockable differentials, this crawler safely makes its way through uneven terrain with excellent climbing characteristics.For commissioning, servos for the differential locks and the 2-speed gearshift (e.g. item no. 28948), the steering (e.g. item no. 28919) as well as motor, controller, transmitter, receiver (e.g. item no. 28351) and battery ((e.g. item no. 28934) are still needed. We advise to use our components. 1:10 DF-4S Pro Crawler yellow 313mm
The DF-4S PRO Crawler from DF Models is a high-end scale crawler of the top class with 313mm wheelbase. Under the hard plastic scale body with many details and attachments as well as a fully developed cockpit and doors that can be opened hides the steel frame chassis. Metal struts and steering rods provide the necessary stability. Vertically mounted all-aluminum oil-pressure shocks deliver perfect performance on any terrain. The shiftable 2-speed transmission allows slow crawling (approx. 3 km/h) and brisk driving (approx. 13 km/h). The 550 electric motor can be powered by a 7.4 volt LiPo battery (not included), allowing extremely long driving times. Thanks to the universal battery holder, almost any type of 2S LiPo battery can be used. The scale body is equipped with LED lighting (light bar, searchlight, back-up light, brake light, turn signals). The electric winch with steel cable can be operated by remote control. But these are only the standard features of the DF-4S PRO Crawler ... but the model comes up with many more features! The differentials of the model can be locked or unlocked differently by remote control (both unlocked, both locked, only front locked and rear unlocked). The drive to the wheels is additionally reduced by a gearbox and thus allows a perfect power output. These portal axles have the additional effect that the model has more ground clearance and does not "jump" over the obstacles, as is common with standard axles. The remote control is another highlight. With a switch-able, servo operated 2-stage trans-mission, high and low speeds are easily set for whenever the need pre-sents itself. Front and rear differentials help with more drivability, but what if you are stuck in a rut or snagged on rocks? No problem, just switch via the transmitter and have on board servos lock the rear or front diff axles, or both to help get the drive and traction you need to navigate your way out of trouble.Reduced torque portal axles provide higher ground clearance and drive-train protection, coupled with a transmission slipper. Metal portal, diff, pinion and transmission gears throughout.
